This week’s challenge on the Silhouette blog is to use flowers and/or frames from the Silhouette store.  I love the 3D flowers available through the Silhouette store so I selected the Nested Flower 3D set.  I cut it out in 3 shades of red, gently curved the petals to give it more dimension, and gave it a pearl brad center.  I love how it turned out!!!  Once assembled I thought it looked like a poinsettia so I used it to make this Christmas card:

The patterned paper and sentiment were both from Yuletide, the We R Memory Keepers 6×6 pad.  The borders were cut with my Silhouette with a file called Spring Borders 2 from Miss Kate Cuttables, also available in the Silhouette Store.  Now I’m off to enter this is the challenge before they post the new challenge for the week!
